Other Property Services

Because moisture problems often begin elsewhere in the building, our all-trades approach lets us tackle associated repair work rather than leaving you to coordinate multiple contractors.

What we can help with

A solution built around the property.

One team for the building defects that often sit behind damp and water ingress.

  • Roof repairs and maintenance
  • Guttering, fascias and soffits
  • Exterior wall coatings
  • Internal and external repairs
  • Reinstatement after remedial works

Why diagnosis matters

Visible damp or mould does not automatically tell you the underlying cause. Moisture can enter from the ground, through external defects, from leaks, or build up internally through condensation.

Our approach is to inspect the clues, explain what is most likely happening and scope the remedial work accordingly.

01 Can you repair the building defect that is causing the damp?

Where the cause sits within the type of work we undertake, yes. That can include roofline defects, gutters, external wall issues and other repairs that need to be completed before internal damp damage is reinstated.

02 Can you combine damp treatment and general building repairs in one job?

Yes. One advantage of an all-trades approach is that associated building repairs, damp treatment and reinstatement can be coordinated as one project rather than split between unrelated contractors.

03 Do you carry out exterior as well as interior work?

Yes. Many moisture problems start externally, so the scope can include suitable exterior repairs as well as the internal remedial work needed after the source has been corrected.

04 Can you reinstate finishes after the remedial work?

Yes, where agreed in the scope. Reinstatement can form part of the project so that affected walls and areas are returned to a suitable finish after the underlying repair has been completed.
